After working as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting for15 years, I have seen too many people spend too many days in the hospital as a result of chronic illnesses.

In my own search to heal mentally, spiritually and physically, I found the CHEK Institute.  I've learned to cultivate balance in my life guided by 6 Foundation Principles.  I'd like to share those with you, trusting you'll benefit just as greatly as I have, to come to a place of balance and strength.
